The ArtMedia Haiti Guaranty
Client satisfaction is very important to us and foremost in our professional ethics. If you are not satisfied with your artwork for any reason, you can return it to ArtMedia Haiti for a refund or Gallery credit if you do so within two weeks of delivery. All delivery charges to and from your destination as confirmed by packing, shipping, handling and insurance receipts will not be reimbursed. Returns after the two week time period are permitted, minus delivery charges back and forth to your destination and with a 20% restocking charge. We regret we cannot take any returns after 3 months but will gladly relist the art for sale online for your benefit free of charge within one year of purchase. Beyond that one year period any art purchased from ArtMedia Haiti may be relisted for sale online for your benefit at 1/2 of our then current rates for paintings sold on behalf of collectors.

Prices & Availability
Prices listed on the site are in US$ and include all packing, shipping, handling and insurance charges except customs duities if applicable in the country of destination. A 2% Discount is available for those paying in advance by US$ check. You may also open an ArtMedia account if you intend to make regular purchases. Once your order is received at ArtMedia Haiti you will receive prompt confirmation of your order by e-mail or fax. We try to keep the site's offerings current but some of the art displayed for sale online at the time of your visit might already be sold when you submit your order if someone has very recently purchased the work. If this occurs your card will not be billed and we will advise you immediately.

Packing, Shipping, Handling & Insurance:
All Packing, Shipping, Handling & Insurance charges are based on size, weight and value of purchase and are included in the price displayed online. All artwork is professionally packed and shipped via DHL, FedEx or UPS and is fully insured. We ship worldwide and we deliver to Haiti. Artwork is shipped within 3-10 working days of receipt of payment depending on size and packaging requirements.

Framing:
Framing is often a matter of personal taste or to match a particular environment or decor. As such our paintings are delivered unframed. If you wish to have your paintings framed prior to delivery please let us know when you place your order by indicating this in the remarks text box provided on the order form and we will contact you promptly to discuss your framing needs.

Payments:
For quickest delivery, order on-line or by e-mail and pay by credit card. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We also welcome payment by US$ checks drawn on local or foreign banks as well as Haitian Gourde checks drawn on local banks.
