In 1992, I was invited to photograph the world´s tribal leaders during The Earth Summit, in Rio de Janiero, Brazil, so many other people and tribes are now represented in addition to the -Social Studies- series.

I was asked by the United Nations and the United States Congress in November of l994 to exhibit this work in the United States Senate Rotunda, as part of the the UN's Year of the Indigenous People. I prefer to exhibit IRIS prints of my color images.

Social Studies, the book - a compilation of the ethnographic work - will include texts by various writers, social scientists, artists, and anthropologists.
