| KILLY (Patrick Ganthier) was born October 24th 1966 in P�tion-Ville, Haiti. |

Killy 1966- From 1983 until 1987 he expressed his artistic talent working with leather, wood and was known for his cardboard and paper lanterns. From 1987 until 1990 he took painting lessons under the direction of the artist Roosevelt Jean-Baptiste and in 1997 he worked his drawing techniques with another well known artist Franck Louissaint. From 1897 until 1998 he works with the established artist Tiga at the Tiga Foundation using different artistic expressions. Killy is an artist of his time, in touch with the reality of the country were he is living. Whether it's a sculpture or a painting, Killy's works are witnesses of our own depravity. He is known as the Artist of recuperation, he turns abandoned objects or car parts into works of art. His paintings are expressions of Haiti's newest form of art.
