Bryant Foundation Collection of West Indies art, artifacts, and rare books is located in the Special Collections suite of the University of Central Florida Library. This Web site provides the opportunity to share an electronic exhibit from the collection. It is offered as a resource for scholars and others interested in the West Indies. The William L. Bryant Foundation was established in 1950 by William J. Bryant in honor of his father. In 1972, the collection was moved to the University of Central Florida Library. It now includes more than 1600 rare books and other printed materials, metal and fabric crafts, sound recordings, paintings, sculptures, and maps.
